January 1, 2006: Geoform Acquires Engineering Division of PML Inc.

Geoform, Inc. has purchased the engineering business from PML, Inc. This acquisition includes all on-going business in the areas of dimensional inspection, CAD, machining and prototyping, as well as the trade name "Precision Measurement Laboratories". PML, Inc. will continue in manufacturing and sales of aftermarket automotive parts.

We are very excited about this transition and anticipate continued relationships with the customers Precision Measurement Laboratories has developed over the years as well as new relationships under the Geoform name.
